GRABPE sells certified pre-owned smartphones in India. By browsing this site or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. We may update these terms from time to time; the date above reflects the latest revision.
You need an account to place an order. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. The details you provide (name, email, phone, delivery address) must be accurate — we use them to fulfil and deliver your order.
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we confirm it and reserve stock for you. Because every device we sell is an individual pre-owned unit, stock is limited: if an item in your order sells out before acceptance, we will not process that item and any amount paid for it will be refunded.
All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. The final amount payable is the total shown at checkout, verified by our server at the time you place the order. Comparison prices (“MRP”) reflect the original retail price of the equivalent new device and are shown for context only. We may correct obvious pricing errors before accepting an order.
We accept online payment and Cash on Delivery (COD). For COD orders, the full order amount is payable at the time of delivery. We do not store your card or banking details on our servers.
You can cancel an order any time before it is dispatched by emailing support@grabpe.in with your order ID. Prepaid amounts for cancelled orders are refunded to the original payment method. Once an order has shipped, our replacement policy applies instead — see our Returns policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of your use of this site or an order placed on it is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
