Shipping is free on every order, anywhere in India. Each phone is shipped in protective packaging and the shipment is insured for the full value of the device — if it is lost or damaged in transit, you are covered and we make it right at no cost to you.
Orders are typically dispatched within 24–48 hours of confirmation (Cash on Delivery orders may take slightly longer to verify). Delivery time after dispatch depends on your location — metros usually receive orders faster than remote areas. We do not promise guaranteed delivery dates; courier timelines can vary.
You can follow your order's status (confirmed, shipped, delivered) anytime from the My Orders section of your account.
We ship to addresses served by our courier partners, which covers the vast majority of Indian PIN codes. In the rare case your PIN code is not serviceable, our team will contact you before dispatch to arrange an alternative or cancel and refund the order.
