1. What we collect

GRABPE collects only what is needed to sell and deliver phones:

• Account data — your name, email address, phone number and password (stored hashed, never in plain text).
• Order data — the items you buy, amounts paid, payment method and order status.
• Delivery address — the address you enter at checkout, kept with the order it belongs to.

2. Why we collect it

We use this data to process your orders, deliver them, handle replacements and warranty claims, and respond to support requests. We do not use your data for anything unrelated to running the store.

3. Storage and sharing

Your data is stored on our servers and shared only with the partners needed to complete your order — for example, the courier that delivers your phone receives your name, address and phone number. We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

4. Cookies and local storage

This site uses your browser's local storage to remember your cart, your sign-in session, your wishlist and your light/dark theme preference. This data stays in your browser and is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking. Clearing your browser storage removes it.

5. Your rights

You can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or delete your account and associated data (subject to records we must keep for tax and legal compliance). To exercise any of these rights, email us from the address on your account.
