Every phone is graded after a 32-point inspection. "Like New" is indistinguishable from new, with no visible marks and 90%+ battery health guaranteed. "Excellent" has faint micro-marks on the body but a spotless display and 85%+ battery health. "Good" shows light scratches on the body or frame, is 100% functional and fully tested, and offers the biggest savings.
Yes. The battery health shown on each listing is measured during inspection and guaranteed by grade — 90%+ for Like New and 85%+ for Excellent. If your phone arrives below the guaranteed level, it is covered by the 7-day replacement window.
Every device is verified as genuine during the 32-point inspection, which covers the display, cameras, speakers, battery, connectivity and more. Phones that use non-original-grade parts do not qualify for the Like New grade.
Phones ship in protective GRABPE packaging. Included accessories vary by device and are listed on each product page — if a listing does not mention an accessory, assume the phone only.
Phones carry a warranty of up to 12 months, as listed on each product page. It covers functional hardware defects with free repairs; physical or liquid damage after delivery is not covered. See the Warranty page for full details.
Yes — every order has a 7-day replacement window from the day of delivery. If the phone does not match its listing or has a defect, email support@grabpe.in with your order ID and we will arrange a free pickup, then replace or refund it.
Email support@grabpe.in with your order ID and a description of the fault (photos or a short video help). If the issue is covered, we arrange a free pickup, repair the device, and return it — or replace or refund it if a repair is not possible.
Yes. You can choose Cash on Delivery at checkout and pay in cash or by UPI when the phone arrives. COD orders may take slightly longer to verify before dispatch.
Orders are typically dispatched within 24–48 hours of confirmation. Delivery time after that depends on your location — metros are usually faster than remote areas. Shipping is free and insured across India, and you can track your order status from your account.
We accept online payment and Cash on Delivery. All prices are in INR and inclusive of taxes — the total you see at checkout is the total you pay.
